Independent acting servo-controlled top and bottom platens are guided on linear bearings, coupled with a rugged mechanical linkage utilizing needle bearings provide a smooth, precise and repeatable motion of the form station. The addition of independent servo plug assist motion allows for almost infinite timing scenarios. With various oven heater and control capabilities and equipped with an array of standard options, these formers can produce virtually any in-line thermoformable product out of virtually any thermoformable material.
