Interior and exterior parts for both motor homes and travel trailers are produced using Brown Machine cut sheet thermoforming machines. Bath and shower liners and bases, propane tank covers, and a variety of exterior panels and covers are produced with our thermoforming machines.
RV accessories are produced on both shuttle and rotary cut sheet thermoforming equipment utilizing vacuum, pressure and twin sheet processes. The thermoforming equipment is sized in ranges from 3’ x 4’ up to as large as 14’ x 22’ for products from a multitude of materials such as polypropylene, HDPE, HIPS, TPO, ABS, and PVC. |
