A Servo Driven Design for Trim Speed Profiling

Our LS-Model horizontal trim press features the moving platen motion controlled through a servo motor and drive. The LS-Model is capable of slowing down for a controlled long ejection into product handling systems, speed up to make up the loop, and then maintain cycle time with the thermoformer. As with all Brown Machine Trim Presses, platen movement is precisely guided with linear bearings. Expanded side window opening on the LS-Model allows side loading of die sets with pre-punch/perimeter trim capabilities. Each trim press is designed, engineered, and built for maximum durability and service life.
